If you have a chance, I'd love for you to read my latest post on the Floor Covering Institute Blog.
The post is titled "Floor Covering's New World Order Online" and discusses the web phenomenon in consumer and business terms.
You won't be too surprised to learn that I consider the web intensely significant.
For that matter, not just for the floor covering industry, but for every industry around.
So, although my post has a flooring perspective, you may find it relevant to your non-flooring world, too.
Would you let me know one way or another?
Thank you for reading!
Best,
C.B.

The web is where it all starts for business/customer relations. I agree, everyone I know starts on the web to either get product and store information or pricing. Social Media allows customers to have communication on their terms creating much more savy and loyal customers.
ReplyDeleteBill,
ReplyDeleteIt's an amazing conduit for information and relationship building. I'm in awe that we were ever able to function pre-web!
Thanks for sharing your perspective.
Best,
CB
